The Kusi Kawsay Andean School is a project from their NGO; The Kusi Kawsay Association. The school was formed from a neccesity here in the Sacred Valley of the Incas due to the decline of public education in the area. The families came together to form their NGO and begin the long process of building a school that would provide their children an education rooted in Andean ancestral knowledge while at the same time providing a thorough education in the Waldorf pedagogy.
